From the goals thread:
I've been steadily losing weight since I started primal but I haven't been putting a lot of effort in, and I know I could lose weight faster.
-Lose 10 lbs.
-Daily physical activity
-Daily dose of sun
-Increase vegetable intake
-Try at least 1 24-hour fast
-Mental exercise (meditation, replace bad thoughts with good thoughts, read more, etc.)
So, here goes!
B: cup of smoothie (blueberries, kale, greek yogurt, a little bit of soymilk and stevia)
L: 1 sunnyside-up egg, green beans with butter with the last bit of almond meal in the bag, and a cup of coffee
D: ate at Unos: grilled chicken with mango salsa, with steamed broccoli and mixed veggies, and half of the bananas foster (ice cream with bananas and caramel sauce)
S: a bit of fruit cocktail
WOD: 2 mile walk
