DAY 1, 03.08:
Decided to go IF untill dinner because of a weekend of heavy work but also heavy feeding
In the afternoon i got in my excercise for the day: biking home from work (50 km- 2h).
dinner: bloodpudding, sauerkraut, cucumber, green apples, strawberries on a pancake made with whey proteinpowder and coconutflower (ofcourse egg and butter included)
snack before bed: smoked pork, cucumbers, strawberries w whipped eggwhites
