    Day 1:


    B: 2 eggs, black beans & salsa

    S: Larabar

    D: Teriyaki Salmon w/ green beans & mushrooms

    S: Handful of Pecan & raisin mix


    Ran 3 miles with my dog and did 3 30+ second sprints

    during the run. Also did 2 10 minute trainer videos


    Feeling great!

    s: larabar

    D: grilled honey & soy chicken kabobs w/ salad


    Ran 3 miles with 4 30 sec sprints and 2 10 minute trainer videos
