      Weight: 196

      Intake: 20 eggs, 1200g beef

      Output: 2 hours moderate walking, 200 steps stepper machine, 450g oyster mushrooms.

      Sleep: 9pm


      General mood: some stomach rumbles before eating, no noticeable loss in energy, planned to eat only the beef but got hungry after that. Satiety high before meal (Should've fasted maybe?)

            General mood: Slow day, long nap after my one meal. At least weight's stable.

              Output: 45 min weight-lift:

              Inclined BP = 40/80/90/100 lbs x 7,

              Bent-over barbell rows = 40/60/60 lbs x 12,

              Squat to shoulder-raise = 40/80/90/100 x 6

              Sleep: 11pm


              General mood: High! The weight must've ben water weight, ate early and found energy to lift early evening.

                wake: insomnia...couldn't sleep (or maybe I didn't need too much sleep?)

                Output: none out of the ordinary

                Sleep: In bed by 9pm


                General mood: Slight cravings, generally low-power all day. Might be the lack of sleep

                  Output: about an hour of light dancing

                  General mood: Incredibly sated. No hunger pangs, clear head. I think I need less and less sleep...but I find myself taking naps in the middle of the day to late afternoon. My body ascribing to an ancient body clock? Poly-phasic sleep cycle?

                    Inclined BP = 40/80/90/100 lbs x 8,

                    Bent-over barbell rows = 40/60/60 lbs x 12,

                    Squat to shoulder-raise = 40/80/90/100 x 6 ~ back pain on last set

                    Sleep: 11pm


                    General mood: Amped! Fasted weight training, dinner 5 hours after training end. Had enough clarity to study 4 hours.

                      Output: about two hours power walking

                      Sleep: 10pm


                      General mood: So-so, bit lazy to study till evening. Walked at the mall, smelling all that carbohydrate swill. Appetite hardly budged though. Might be the metallic-keto taste in my mouth. Why hasn't my weight been changing I wonder?

                        General mood: Bit weak in the morning, must've been the 20 hour fast (I ate at 1am.). Good weight-loss but I felt I needed to compensate if I wanted to lift. Average calorie intake is still pegged at around 2000. No studying today though, maybe tom. Maybe...

                          General mood: Fasted light weightlift, planned on not eating but had a get-together with some friends. Managed to keep the damage down to about 400g of roast pork, not bad. 2 hours of dancing at night.
