      Uh, guy. But I ate heavy two days before that. I figure grok has to feast and famine. I eat only once a day usually. I heard fasting ups growth hormone release.


      Veggies = broccoli and mushrooms only heheh.

        NOTE: Interestingly my weight lifting has been easier now, both motivation and effort-wise. It seems my body has switched gene expressions almost fully.

            Inclined BP = 40/90/100/110 lbs x 5,

            Bent-over barbell rows = 40/60/65/70 lbs x 5,

            Squat to shoulder-raise = 40/60/65/70 lbs x 5

            Sleep: 12am


            Fast. Going to the province tonight till saturday, hoping it'll be a real nature-trip. I heard this particular location has indigenous people who live a truly primal lifestyle heheh

              General mood: Wow! Incredible fresh air! Been to the province, incredible, I saw GRASS-FED Beef in rolling green hills. Beautiful. I went and bought 15kgs of sirloin for home. Hopefully it'll last me till the end of the challenge, or longer ^^

                  Intake: doughnuts, bread, 24 eggs, cinnamon rolls, dried mango

                  Output: light walking

                  Sleep: 2am


                  General mood: Horrible. Went totally bonkers after staying near a bakery. I think too many chemicals got into my brain. Makes me wonder how scientists will eventually figure out a way to override all reason, tap into our amygdalas' (amygladai?) and make us completely subservient.


                  Sigh. Get. Back. On.
