    D: 2 turkey burgers w/cheese, green salad

    S: 2 peaches, plum (farmers&#39; markets are dangerous!)


    Training

    High-intensity day


    Joint mobility drills


    4 times through:

    10 x quad squats

    10 x spinal rocks

    10 x lateral leg thrusts

    10 x jump squats

    L: Coffee with heavy cream

    D: 1/2 turkey burger with cheese, Greek salad w/balsamic vinegar, green beans w/almonds, 2 oz. sea bass, sauteed spinach w/shallots (Cleaning out the fridge)

    S: 2 C blueberries

    Rest day
