I have not been posting daily, but have been adhering to my goals (I went over by 6 carbs one day, to 106) - until Tuesday. Then I said screw it yesterday, and boy, am I feeling like hell today. Nothing like heart palipitations after eating only carbs on an empty stomach to scare one, and the resulting stomach pain from eating crap (carbs, grains, etc) from questionable origin to bring one back to eating primally very quickly.
