    B - 3 eggs, 4 strips of bacon

    S - protein in 1 cup sugar free soy milk, 22 roasted almonds

    L - Big Ass Salad - greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 2TBS zesty italian dressing

    S - protein shake again

    D - 1/3lb angus burger, 2 cups steamed broccoli, smoothie (1/2 c blueberries, 1/4 cup mixed fruit, 1/4 cup sugar free soy milk, 11 ground almonds, protein)

    S - 1/4 c chopped walnuts


    maybe a little protein overkill...

    L - Big Ass Salad - greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, 8 oz steak strips, 2TBS zesty italian dressing

    S - 22 almonds

    D - 1/2 roasted chicken breast w/skin, 3 bbq pork ribs, 1 baked sweet potato with 1 tbsp brown sugar (yes, fail), 1 cup steamed broccoli

      L - Big Ass Salad - greens, broccoli, grape tomatoes, 6 oz tuna, 2tbsp zesty italian dressing, smoothie with blueberries, mango, almonds and protein

      D - popcorn, root beer, cookies. oops.

        B - 3 eggs fried in 1 tbsp evoo, 4 strips of bacon, 1 slice broccoli, egg and cheese quiche

        L - Big Ass Salad - greens, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, parmesan cheese, pepper juice for dressing, 4 oz tuna

        S - protein shake in milk

        D - 1/3 lb angus burger patty, steamed broccoli, part of a chocolate shake (can't seem to kick the evening carbs!)


        WOD:

        golf!


        weight after golf was 158.5. dehydrated much!?

            163 lbs in the AM


            S - handful of almonds at 4am baby feeding

            S - protein shake around 9am

            BRUNCH - 4 eggs fried in bacon fat, 4 strips of bacon, 3 small sausage patties. sooo good. not so sure it was sooo good for me, though...

            D - fajita taco salad (beef and chicken). ate all the innards and managed to limit myself to only part of the shell. unfortunately didn't limit myself so much on the chips and salsa.


            why does it seem harder to stay primal the later it gets in the day? or is it just me...?


            WOD:

            helping the wife put together her classroom! haha...

              S - protein shake

              L - big ass salad - greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, 6 oz steak cut into strips

              S - small handful of almonds

              D - popcorn and rootbeer and some apple dessert thing


              seriously will try to control my dinner tonight! it kills me that i can't...and then after i eat it i'm like, why did i do that? crazy carb craving insanity.

                once again day good...night...baaad. maybe one day i'll get a full day in.

                  yesterday was another bad day...


                  ...today was better.


                  B - IF

                  L - BAS - greens, cukes, tomatoes, banana peppers, few pieces of jerky, sliced strawberries afterwards

                  S - protein shake, almonds

                  D - 1/3 lb angus patty on leftover BAS, 1 dried fig


                  fell for a couple of sugar free popsicles just now...but i won't beat myself up over it...


                  weight this afternoon was 159 lbs post "workout"

                  WOD:

                  push mow (albeit self-propelled), weedeat, pull weeds
