    Day 11:


    B: 3 egg omlette with bacon, garlic and peppers.


    L: IF


    D: Chicken salad


    S: red wine and dark chocolate.


    WOD:


    Went swimmming with Sru Loose today. Did about 40 minutes of sprint type intervals, very tiring. I did this whilist fasted first thing in the morning.

      Day 12:


      B: 2 fried eggs and two sauasges with salad.


      LATE Dinner: apple, celery and red wine (i was at work all day and night and this is what i had in my room before bed.


      WOD: Rest day, too much of a long shift at work, which is on my feet running around in a kitchen for 10+ hours.

        S: Bananna, brazil nuts.


        L: IF


        D: Chicken salad


        S: Brazil nuts, dark chocolate and red wine.


        WOD:


        5x5: Squats

        5x5: Chest press

        5x5: Overhead Press

          Day 14:


          B: 3 egg omlette with bacon.

          L: Celery in cashew nut butter with 85% dark chocolate.


          D: IF


          Before Bed: Red Wine


          WOD:


          7 sprints (mostly uphill). Found an awsome new place near my new house to do sprints, so really happy!

            Day 15:


            Today, myself and Sru Loose found an organic shop right near our house, and found out they hold a farmers market every saturday... good times!


            B: 4 egg omlette with bacon, celery, radishes and onions.


            S: Brazil nuts, apple.


            Late Snack: Dark chocolate hazelnuts, Red wine, and some dark chocolate organic ice cream.


            WOD: Rest day.

              Day 16:


              B: 3 egg omlette with mushroom, ginger,rahishes and cucumber.


              L: Bacon wrap (lettuce leaves) and 2 fried eggs.


              S: Bananna


              D: Chicken salad


              S: Organic dark chocolate ice cream and redwine.


              WOD:


              Felt good today so did a more than usual...


              5x5 squats

              5x5 overhead press

              5x5 DB hammer curls (i know, not primal movement...)

              5x5 chest press

                Day 17:


                B: 4 egg omlette with cucumber, radishes and ginger.


                S: Apple


                L: 3 fried eggs, 3 organic sausages and a MASSIVE cabbage leaf.


                S: Cashew nuts, dark chocloate.


                D: Chicken salad & red wine.


                WOD:


                Rest day.

                  Day 18:


                  B: 4 egg omlette, with onions and ginger.


                  L: 3 fried eggs with a a big bowl of brocoli, cauliflower and carrots.


                  S: apple


                  D: Bacon wrap (lettuce leaves instead of grains!)


                  S: Pumpkin seeds and red wine.


                  WOD: Rest today, work was very long and hectic, meaning i probably burned about 700 cals at work (in a hot kicthen for 9 hours!)

                      Day 20:


                      B: Apple


                      L: 3 sausages with 2 fried eggs and lettuce.


                      S: PRIMAL Powerballs (AMAZING), raisins and walnuts (had a massive sugar craving, first tim ein ages! All sugar filled me up so I couldnt fit in a dinner!


                      S: Red wine.


                      WOD: Dynamic stretching.

                        Day 21:


                        B: Bacon, fried mushroom, cucumber


                        L: 2 90% beef burgers (farmers market) with fried eggs and a huge lettuce leaf (covered the plate!)


                        D: 2 sausages with spinach.


                        S: Almond butter on celery, pumkin seeds and red wine.


                        Wod: Was Nakered after work, and figured I probably burned and excess of 500 calories at work. While I dont calorie count, Ican feel my body using energy, and I didnt want to overfeed by doing even more exercise.
