What recipe did you use for your primal energy bars?
Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.
Seems like things are heading in the right direction. I have business trip for 4 days later this week and will need to be on the guard to keep things on the right path. I may use travel time to work in some Int. Fasting during this trip. I need to work in some more exercise into week.
Well, it's only one week..and I don't think she's believing it yet, all it is right now is that she has to make carbs and starch for her and my 2 daughters (3 and 5) because I won't eat them..Chance she will join me??? stranger things have happened but I really doubt it. Thanks for writing..
