    First day of my Primal Challenge!!


    Breakfast: 1 beef patty


    10 hour fast from 9 a.m to 6 p.m feeling great


    My challenge this month will be to work on more quality sleep and really pushing hard on my workouts.

                I hear you there - I'm trying to decide if my webcam is high enough resolution to do the challenge with, and if so, what will I do.... I want that amazing set of stuff!

                    2 Organic

                    2 rashers of bacon


                    1 cup of kefir and banana


                    Everything is going great, I'm glad to be off of work for a couple of days. I do so much better at home staying primal. Beautiful day in Michigan, off to get some vitamin D.

                      You don't seem to be eating much. Did you really just eat


                      1 can of Albacore Tuna with 2TBS. of mustard

                      on day 2? Or were the Caveman wings, roasted veggies part of day 2?

                            Day 3


                            Dinner: Chicken salad with tons of vegetables

                            Ice tea


                            Snack: banana chips and Almond butter


                            Took a primal walk with family, another great day in Michigan


                            Day 4


                            Breakfast: protein shake with blueberries


                            Lunch: leftover caveman wings


                            Been really busy with my pond and started to work on the workout video, I'm getting excited about putting it all together.
