              Thanks! I am really struggling with portion sizes. I am somewhat of an emotional/bored eater. It's tough....but I do try to be rigid with the primal laws.

                  I'm an emotional eater, too, unfortunately. Working on that part...


                  And how did you make your coconut milk chocolate powder smoothie?


                  I adore coconut milk; it's been such a friend to me since I started this primal thing. I had the coconut milk cream with blueberries ( per recipe from the forum) today. Yum.

                    To make the smoothie: in a single-serve blender (I use the magic bullet) put coconut milk, unsweetened cocoa powder (i think that's primal) and a little vanilla with ice cubes. It satisifies a chocolate craving for me! You could sweeten with stevia as well.

                    Today I am going to experiment with canned pumpkin, coconut milk, ice, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon! I hope it's good!
