up at 7:00 (8 hours sleep. And for the first time in years I went to sleep and didn't wake up once!)
7:45 am 1 granny smith apple with crunchy sun butter and cinnamon, 1 hard boiled egg, 2 strawberries
8:30 Kettlebells (included 10 min. snatch test: did 9kg due to shoulder: 190).
9:15 Ran 10K in 75:49. I am NOT a runner. This is 1:21 faster than last month, so I'll take it.
11:00 1 banana, 1 peach, 2 oz mixed nuts, 1 hard boiled egg
