I've been a lurker for about 2 weeks, staying up really late after the kids go to bed to keep reading up on old posts. I am a carb addict and have zapped energy. So, I'm jumping in with both feet! Over the next 30 days, starting tomorrow, I want to lose 20 pounds. I am 34 years old, currently weigh 173 and am only 5ft tall. My ultimate goal is to get to 120lbs.
