    My goal is to increase my workouts during this month and drop my weight down to at least 210 lbs (current weight is 217 +/-).


    Day one started out okay. Coffee with cream for breakfast, as I'm usually not hungry in the morning.


    Lunch was a turkey club wrap as it was a working lunch.


    Dinner will be some ground beef and maybe some spinach. May skip the veggies all together and go with zero carb.


    Will add in my workout once I've finished. I usually wait until I'm at the gym to decide what I'm going to do.

    Workout today- 3 super sets of Dips, dumbell cleans and pulldowns, as many reps as possible on each. 60 seconds between each super set.


    2 super sets of dumbell deadlifts and standing dumbell presses.


    2 super sets of dumbell rows and lateral raises.


    Dinner tonight is roasted chicken with zucchini and yellow squash with butter.


    Weight tonight was 218.8


    I'll post some start photos as well. I just have to keep my wife from laughing too much while she's taking the photos.

          Missed a couple days as I was in a conference.


          Day two skipped breakfast. Lunch was a salad with grilled chicken and olive oil/balsamic dressing. Dinner was 2 chicken thighs with skin, a drumstick and zucchini with butter.


          Yesterday had scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Grilled chicken salad for lunch again. Dinner was leftover chicken and organic chorizo sauteed in coconut oil and butter with garlic, chili powder, and paprika. Followed that with a desert of blueberries and blackberries with some heavy cream.


          I weighed myself this morning at 219. May have gained a little due to beginning my lifting again. We'll see.
