My goal is to increase my workouts during this month and drop my weight down to at least 210 lbs (current weight is 217 +/-).
Day one started out okay. Coffee with cream for breakfast, as I'm usually not hungry in the morning.
Lunch was a turkey club wrap as it was a working lunch.
Dinner will be some ground beef and maybe some spinach. May skip the veggies all together and go with zero carb.
Will add in my workout once I've finished. I usually wait until I'm at the gym to decide what I'm going to do.
