    Beginning Tuesday, August 4th, I'm going to embark on my 30-day primal challenge. I'm going to eat fresh veggies, chicken, turkey, pork, rabbit, and fish. I'm going to skip red meat and egg yolks for this month as an experiment in reducing the stress on my adrenals. Also, I'm going drink water and green tea, exclusively. For exercise I'm going to keep it simple for now and walk daily on local trails. Well, time to go shopping!

    Simple is better! After trying unnecessarily tough recipes, I put together a simple stir fry last night that I got two meals out of. Can't wait for the next one!
