    Age 31, weight 190lbs, height 6 feet, bf 10%

    Over the last 2 years I have been excercising regularly(Crossfit.com WODS) and eating fairly healthy(Paleo/Zone style). My goal is to fine tune my diet and make sure all ingredients in the future are organic, grassfed, or at least local. Also will be experimenting with IF as well as logging everything I eat on FitDay.com. I just finished reading the Primal Blueprint last night, so perfect time to start the clallenge.


    DAY 1 8/3/09


    B: 3 eggs omlette with 1/2 avacado

    WOD: Rest Day

    Day 1


    L: 8 oz grilled flounder, 1/2 cup pineapple

    D: 8 oz grilled chicken breast, 3/4 cup pico de gallo

    S: 2 oz pork rinds

      B: 4 eggs fried


      WOD: 10K (about 6K was run, the uphill parts, and 4K was walked, the downhill parts)


      L: 6oz grilled pork loin, 1.5 cup raspberries, 1.5 cup stawberries, 1/2 oz almonds

          Day 3 8/5/09


          B: 4 eggs fried, 1 tomato sliced, 1 nectarine


          L: 1/2 lb sauteed swiss chard, 6 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup pico de gallo, 1/4 cup strawberries


          D: 5 cups spring mix, 2 tomatoes, 5 oz ground turkey (grilled), 1 oz almonds, EVOO and vinegar


          WOD: Rest Day

            Day 4 8/6/09


            B: 4 eggs fried, 1 tomatoe, 1 nectarine


            L: 1 cup mixed green, EVOO, 4.5 oz lamb kabobs


            D: 1/4 head of cauliflower, 6 fried eggs, 1 cup pineapple


            WOD: 10 rounds of: 5 burpees, 10 situps, 15 Double-unders time = 10:48

              L: 8oz Ribeye steak, 2 cups of summer squash, 1/2 head of cauliflower


              D: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1/4 head of cauliflower


              WOD: Rest day

                B: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple


                L: 7oz Ribeye steak, 2 tomatoes


                D: 2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup crushed pineapple


                WOD: Deadlift (5X5) 315,365,365,375,385 lbs

                CFWU= 3X10 pullups, situps, back extension, air squats, dips, samson stretch
