Over the last 2 years I have been excercising regularly(Crossfit.com WODS) and eating fairly healthy(Paleo/Zone style). My goal is to fine tune my diet and make sure all ingredients in the future are organic, grassfed, or at least local. Also will be experimenting with IF as well as logging everything I eat on FitDay.com. I just finished reading the Primal Blueprint last night, so perfect time to start the clallenge.
