    Food:

Turkey breast with garlic aioli on an "oopsie" bun

    Cottage cheese

Miniscule amount of stir fry beef, simmered in the crock with some peppers, onions, and spices.

I wasnt feeling the dinner that I made, so I just had a small amount and will be frying up some eggs in a bit. I also am in LOVE with the oopsie rolls that I made. It felt like I was eating a sandwich on a bun, when in fact it was nothing but egg and cream cheese! Will be making more tonight so I can use them for other meals as well.

      Food:

2 eggs fried in butter, 4 pieces of taylor ham

Few slices of turkey breast from the deli--which I got disgusted with 1/2 way through and trew it out

chicken cooked in bacon fat, topped with bacon and swiss and spinach

Full from the day, but really craving some chocolate which I will have later on. Think I will do IF 2morow for a change up. Down another pound today, so I want to keep it coming! I want to get away from my danger zone number (the number I get to when I am not watching my weight, where I am starting to be uncomfortable in my own skin...but before I get out of control huge) Last summer I was at my lowest adult weight, but blew it by stopping my healthy lifestyle and resuming a crappy SAD.

Little tired today, I think I was just having an off day.

Today I got some sort of a period (sorry, TMI) WHich is FANTASTIC, since I have "unexplained infertility" and I dont menstrate unless I take pills. So this was huge for me! More and more i realize that I HAVE to have some sort of gluten intolerance, or must be super sensitive to processed anything, bc a couple weeks in and I already am spotting. Last year when I went primal, same thing happened to me. Got to stick with this for life! My ultimate goal is to become regular and be able to conceive naturally, without any drugs! I was told by 3 fertility specialists that they have no clue what is wrong, but I will need drugs (IVF or Gonal-F injections) in order to have a baby. I am going to prove them wrong!

        Not much food today:

        handful of almonds
        1 ounce of bittersweet chocolate
hamburger wrapped in lettuce with egg

I am trying to cut back on the dairy, at least the cheese. i think I eat too much of it since its quick, easy, filling, and oh so good. But all that dairy cant be good for my sinuses.

Realized that this is the most boring journal!

Nothing new to report--this is the start of my 3rd week primal--things have been going great! I think i will end my challenge now since it is no longer a challenge, just a lifestyle and I dont want to bore everyone!

This is huge. Ditching grains and sugar impact PCOS significantly. So does repleting vitamin D levels. Ditching dairy can help as well but it's not the kind of issue that grains and sugar tend to be.

              How cool for your wife!

              Best,
              Katherine
