    Howdy. I'm a 49 year old guy and my girlfriend and I are simultaneously taking Mark's 30 day primal challenge. We have been (more or less) living the lacto-primal lifestyle and are taking this opportunity to recommit. I am 49 years old and am also taking this next year to work toward better health as I turn 50.

    Black coffee for breakfast. Upper body workout: Chinups, handstand pushups/shuffle, rows, Tabata pushups. Eggs, bacon, green beans for lunch.

      Coffee for breakfast. Lower body workout: Deadlifts, lunges, calf raises & Tabata squats. I tweaked my lower back a bit. Ice & ibuprofen. Then off to shop since the cupboard is bare.

        Coffee for breakfast. 1/2 mile long sprint, then hill sprints. 30 minutes. Deadlifts after rest. Eggs, sausage, salad w/ evoo for lunch. I'm going to take Taubes' Good Calories, Bad Calories on the sunny trampoline for a little primal outdoor time.
