    8/3/09


    Breakfast:

    blueberries, small apricot, 1/4 greek yogurt, 1/4 european yogut, 2 eggs.


    Lunch:

    Salad with Grilled Chicken, olive oil, balsamic


    Dinner:

    Salad with pulled pork, salsa, guac


    Workout

    Sprint training...

    5 min warm up...

    10 intervals of intense 90%-100% max sprints (10-20secs)

    5 min complete rest

    20 mins low cardio jog/walk

    5 intervals of 70%-80% sprints (1 minute)

    5 mins cool down

      Snack:

      Almonds


      Lunch:

      Beef Stew with Veggies


      Dinner:

      Beef Stew with sauteed veggies


      Workout:

      Weights - Chest Shoulders and Triceps

      Low Intensity cardio for 30 mins

        blueberries, cherries, 1/2 grapefruit greek and euro yogurt 1/4 cup. 2 eggs.


        Lunch:

        stir fry turkey meat with swiss chard, garlic, zuccini, and some left over kahlrabi. Mashed carrot and Broccoli


        Dinner:

        Grilled pork belly with lettuce and sesame leaf wraps (Korean Style)


        Workout:

        Jump Training - Plyos and Weights

        Jump Squats 5*10

        Depth Jumps 5*5

        Lunge Jumps 5*10

        Alternating Leg Bounds 5*12

        Hang clean 55% of max 4*4

        Squats 70% of max 3*6

        Deadlifts 70% of max 3*6

          Dinner:

          Pizza w/ bacon (Kinda Primal - Cauliflower crust with shredded mozzarella cheeze)

          Salad


          Workout:

          Sprint training...

            Breakfast:

            2 eggs, 1/2 cup blackberries 8 cherries, 1 small apricot, 1/2 cup euro and greek yogurt. Small slice of nutty bread (http://www.elanaspantry.com/nutty-bread/)


            Lunch:

            Salad with smoked salmon, boiled eggs, avacados, cucumbers, peppers, mixed greens. Slice of nutty bread.


            Dinner:

            Chicken soup homemade in slowcooker with whole chicken and veggies.


            Workout:

            Weights:

            Back, Biceps, little chest...

            30 min walking.

                Breakfast:

                1 slice nutty bread, blackberries, appricot, plum, yogurt


                snack:

                2eggs and 2 strips of bacon


                Lunch:

                leg of lamb and 2 jalapeno wrapped in bacon w/cream cheese

                5 pints of beer!!! What the hell.


                Dinner:

                small bottle of johnny walker, pork meat, sliced beef.


                workout:

                Game of intense Ultimate... we won again! 1st place in the league...


                Had a major set back in terms of liquor consumption... don't know what the hell i was thinking... after the ultimate game, we all went to this bar for our usual victory drink... but i guess i was really thirsty from that crazy intense game and got carried away... Then I had to go to a friend's dry wedding... so we stashed in some of our own liquor and ended up finishing all the stuff we brought... needless to say... i have a bad headache.


                And to top it all off, i sprained my ankle during my game of ultimate... didn't think it was too bad yesterday, but it's killing me today... i was so ready to make the primal video today too... oh well.. i guess it'll have to wait til i can heal... being cripple sux!

                  Homemade Chicken soup with veggies


                  Lunch:

                  Stirfry w/ ground beef with bakchoi, broccoli, and eggplant in tamari soy sauce, and gluten free msg free oyster sauce.


                  Snack: cherries, plum, nutty bread


                  Dinner:

                  Chipotle burrito bowl... chicken with pepper onions, salsas, guac and lettuce


                  Serving of red mango original... so damn addicting... i'm convinced that there is crack in there. Although it's probably just sugar.

                    Seafood kabob with greek salad, lobster/shrimp bisque... couldn't resist a bite of garlic bread.

                      1 large egg in coconut oil, cherries, grapefruit, plum (fruit all under a cup combined) 1/4 cup of euro yogurt


                      Lunch:

                      Stir fry ground meat with veggies, salad w/ avocado


                      Dinner:

                      Salmon with veggies

                      Weights

                      Total Body

                        gazpacho with 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 avacado


                        Dinner:

                        Skinless Gyozas with vegetables

                        Squats, deadlift... ankle rehab... some walking

                            Just seriously fell off the wagon...kinda like reading mark's blog the other day... I had to come to Australia on a business trip... still here and leaving tomorrow... and let's say,.. while I could have been primal here... there's way too much temptation for me to have avoided all this great beer and wine...


                            I've been able to keep up with some decent workouts, but man the liquor is messing me up... my abs are paying the price and looking pretty bloated... oh well... can't wait to get back to the states and get back in my regular groove.


                            Other than not being very primal... australia is a beautiful country... really makes all your worries go away,... which is why i think everyone here keeps saying "no worries"...

                              Back on track with living primal and working out... but this jet lag is kinda getting to me... don't know why I can't stay asleep for more than 5 hours at a time... I think I should be good for tomorrow... we'll see.
