    8/25/09


    Jetlag is still getting the best of me... gosh I thought I was going to die during 8 grueling hours of Fraud training yesterday... and I had to endure another 8 hours... i haven't sucked down that many cups of joe in a really long time... it had no effect... I even ended up taking a 10 min power nap in the toilet stalls...


    Breakfast:

    eggs, bacon, appricot


    Lunch:

    Stuffed Cabbage, Salad


    Dinner:

    beef stew with leftover chicken strips from rotisserie chicken


    workout:

    Squats, deadlifts, leg extensions and leg curls,

    Walking... my legs feel like their going to fall off... no legs for the rest of the week.

      Finally not as tired.


      Breakfast:

      primal pizza leftovers with one egg, and some black berries


      Lunch:

      salad with avacodos, chicken, and some carrots.


      Dinner:

      Chipotle burrito bowl: pepper onions, guac, carnitas, lettuce, cheese and sourcream, salsas... extra side of steak...


      red mango original frozen yogurt...


      workout:

      upper body arms, chest, back, triceps, shoulders,,..6*6 with 35 sec rest.

        Breakfast:

        eggs, primal pizza


        lunch:

        sausage & peppers, wings, beers(dept picnic)


        dinner:

        skinless gyoza with dipping sauce with lettuce wraps. Had my wife's aunt over and she just loves these... she trying to go gluten free cuz she thinks she has an intolerance as well.


        workout:

        just a bunch of company games:

        frisbee, basketball, tennis, ladder ball,... wiffle ball.... walking... very low key

          Found out that I won a Grok t-shirt for a submission for the primal story contest...


          Then found out I got randomly picked for the contest for the sockeye salmon...


          So pumped...


          Breakfast:

          eggs, primal pizza leftovers(gosh my wife really made a big batch,.. seems like there's still some left over)


          Lunch:

          soup with chicken, stuffed cabbage


          Dinner:

          primal pizza, beef stew,..whatever else is leftover in my fridge


          Going on vacation tomorrow and need to finish up all leftovers....


          Workout:

          rest day... a lot of laundry... heh heh

              Congrats on winning the T-shirt. I have left a pack of ground pork in the refrigerator to thaw. I hope I leave work early to make your gyozas.

                Btw, would you mind posting your gyoza recipe in the recipe section? The video is great but a typed recipe would make for a quick reference.
