    Mark, Thanks for having this challenge to kick my ass into gear.


    My current situation I'm 38, 228 lbs pretty active outside of the office but an office job where it is too easy to eat poorly. The short term goals are to stay strict for 30 days and lose 10 lbs.

    Overall a very good day, kept my carb count under 50 which is a goal for this 30 day challenge.

            Went to a comedy club last night, good willpower had water instead of beer. Went to a frozen yogurt store as a treat for being so good this week.

                    E - 15 Minutes of hard cardio, followed by 15 minutes of rowing. Very tough.


                    Overall doing well but noticing that I'm bringing back the bad habit of eating late at night. Typically trail mix or coconut ice cream but its a bad habit that I need to break.

                      Mentally I have broken this challenge to 3 10 day blocks. Today marks the end of the first third of the challenge. I'm losing my 'urge' for sweets at the end of the day and accepting that my last meal of the day should be around 7-8 pm and drink water if I'm still a bit hungry.
