      Today marks the end of the 30 day challenge. I am proud to say that I did not deviate from the plan and stay strict the whole time (clap, clap).


      My loftly goal was to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. I've exceeded the goal and lose 13.2 lbs, from 228.0 to 214.8.


      Since this was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be I'm going to continue on and keep logging.
