          Wow Triangle230! Your nutrition is off the charts! Way to go! Yes, you really blew it with those 4 extra grams of carbs (HA!) Don't worry, it's a marathon, not a sprint (gee, not the best metaphore for a primal lifestyle, but you get my drift!)

                  My gym had a group outing, and stayed strictly Primal. Again too high on the carbs but since it is a weekend the diet usually goes a bit wacked. I'll get this back under control. Today marks the 3rd 10-day cycle of the Primal challenge.
