Just tried to do 100 burpess...couldn't. Little over a year ago I was doing jiu-jitsu and crossfit, wouldn't have been any problem. Something to shoot for now. I got to 75 and ran out of time (allowed myself 20 mins).
cooked some chicken thighs with some vinegar style sauce, garlic, onions in the crock pot. Had that for lunch and late afternoon with some raw milk goat gouda (really good). Cooked up some pastured eggs and grassfed london broil for dinner. Exercise today was a 45 min. walk with my dogs. Gonna pack the kettlebell in the car tomorrow and do so getups at the park on the way home.
