Lunch- complete starved! 5 oz. chicken cooked in half tbsp. sesame oil, 1 medium sweet potato drizzled in vanilla and sprinkle cinnamon, mixed green salad with 1/2 shredded carrot and balsamic vinegar, english tea with stevia

D: going to be 6 oz. poached salmon with braised kale, sauteed onions, and broccoli to my hearts content
before bed snack: don't know yet.. I think its gonna be an almond "pancake" topped with some walnuts
*note: I burned 2,000 calories on my ride today hence why I look like a piglet!
