Anybody have any experience with being VLC and daily fasting 16/8? I'm curious about the results I may get. Due to work schedule, I do 30-35 minutes of intense body weight training at 5AM, before work. I'm half office/half field work and don't experience any drop in energy during the day. Eating occurs between 12 and 8PM. Any thoughts?
