  • Bloating after Working Out

    I went Paleo to try to help some GI distress when I work out. (I compete in triathlons, only sprint distance). After I run or bike, my stomach gets really bloated. But it doesn't after I swim or lift weights. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Change the food you are eating before you bike or run. If you typically eat multiple things then try removing one at a time to determine if any of the food sources is the cause of the bloating.
