  • Athlete advice please.

    Hello everyone.

    I have been doing pb for about 7 months and are loving it. The reason I started was that I am a triathlete and was always struggling with being to heavy, as soon as I started training I would gain 5kgs or so wich is not ideal for tris.
    Since eating primal I have got to my target weight and stayed there. However I am unsure how primal I should be I am aiming for age group world champs next year so need to train alot. I want to remain as primal as possible.
    Also I am really unsure about the week leading up to the race, as all non pb people would say that I should be carbo loading but not sure if I should or not.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated......
