    Does any one have any good workout program's for abbs . Like 2 month challenge or fast abbs or anything like that please ?

    How much do you want em'? If you are very hardcore, you can try Serge Nubrets 2000 situps and 6 sets of leg rises:

            2-3 sets of weighted abs work per week and lots of dieting.

                        Everyone has abs. If you want them to be visible you must remove the fat overlying them. This is done via having low body fat, which cannot be lost only in specific parts. Doing exercise for abs is misinformed and unrealistic marketing garbage.

                        A 4 week plan would include fasting, carb cycling, and lots of LSHAW

                          You're right on, as usual, Dr. Laz. OP: what good is a 6-pack if you haven't built an ice chest to keep it in?
