I used to have this all the time but an hour later and I was hungry again. I've found I need some form of meat and eggs to keep me feeling satisfied.

On lifting days, I'll usually have a small amount of meat or eggs and then some bananas or a sweet potato, and then go to the gym about an hour or two after that. On rest days, I usually skip breakfast.

Black coffee, then diet coke, and a pint of Diet Jello containing 5 gram of carbs after 10 am. I sometimes drink a cup of tea sweetened with Passionflower extract and b-vitamins that contain glucose syrup around noon...

Funny how we're all so different. This keeps me going until my 2 PM lunch hour, and I would honestly skip it entirely if I wasn't trying to maximize muscle protein synthesis.

I'd even add some Almonds for the extra fat but still made no difference !

When I really need to feel satiated, I have BACON - thick sliced. Any other day I can eat or not eat, just depends on what I have going in the hours after working out.

My breakfasts are a combination of:

                      Eggs
                      Bacon
                      Sardines
                      Protein smoothies (banana/berries/protein powder/gelatin)

I usually do the smoothies on workout days.

Anyone else try and avoid carbs at breakfast ?

2x coffee + splash of milk or light coconut milk + gelatin
1L lemon water when I remember
1tsp coconut oil every other day
                        1-2 raw carrots (peat supplement)
Vitamins, etc. (Usually just D3; looking to start K2).

Not really a breakfast but more a snack + all of my supplements.

Baby carrots or the regular big ones? Just curious.

                            Regular.

Edit: actually all of my breakfast items are peat recommendations. He recommends some coconut oil. The only thing I don't do is add sugar to my coffees, mostly because I would rather have carbs from ripened fruit than from just sugar.

I eat lightly until dinner these days. It works for me because I am now serious about leaning out instead of just saying I will and only losing 7-10 lbs or so of body fat over 3 months. Toooooo many calories consumed. :P

Coffee with cream...sometimes with 14g of gelatin as well. No sugars.
