On lifting days, I'll usually have a small amount of meat or eggs and then some bananas or a sweet potato, and then go to the gym about an hour or two after that. On rest days, I usually skip breakfast.

Black coffee, then diet coke, and a pint of Diet Jello containing 5 gram of carbs after 10 am. I sometimes drink a cup of tea sweetened with Passionflower extract and b-vitamins that contain glucose syrup around noon...

2x coffee + splash of milk or light coconut milk + gelatin
1L lemon water when I remember
1tsp coconut oil every other day
1-2 raw carrots (peat supplement)
Vitamins, etc. (Usually just D3; looking to start K2).
Not really a breakfast but more a snack + all of my supplements.
Baby carrots or the regular big ones? Just curious.
Edit: actually all of my breakfast items are peat recommendations. He recommends some coconut oil. The only thing I don't do is add sugar to my coffees, mostly because I would rather have carbs from ripened fruit than from just sugar.
I eat lightly until dinner these days. It works for me because I am now serious about leaning out instead of just saying I will and only losing 7-10 lbs or so of body fat over 3 months. Toooooo many calories consumed. :P
