  • 100-Day Burpee Challenge

I'm doing a 100-day burpee challenge! One burpee on the first day (today); add one burpee every day so that on the 100th day, it's 100 burpees. They can be all in one shot per day, or broken up during the day. Anyone want to join me?
F, 44 years old, 111.8 lbs, 4 feet 11.5 inches (yes, that half inch matters!)

**1st place sparring, AAU TKD regional qualifier, 2/15/15 - It's damn good to hit like a girl!**

    **First-ever 5K race 11/28/13: 37 minutes, 18+ seconds, no stopping**

Why not. I'll probably regret this later, but meh, I'm in.

Wahoo! (I'll be enthusiastic for both of us!)

Can I just add a cautionary note.

Don't attempt this if you have a bad back.

I pulled my back on day 10 (I think) last year and it really places a lot of stress on your body.

My back has not really been the same since
          2010 - 5,11 and 101KG

          2012 - 5,11 and 77KG

Wow - I'm so sorry to hear that. Have you tried massage therapy?

I have a tricky lower back, but I go slowly when I do burpees. Some folks might want to do a modified push up on their knees, to help prevent lower back strain.

Technically could join in, I'm doing 30 burpees for 30 days so I can just extend past the last day and start with 31, 32, etc.
