To hell with making more than one trip to the car and back !
I do all my groceries with 2-3 baskets, carry it all out to my car in the bags, carry it all into the house in one trip heh (I do groceries once a month by the way) heh, so this is super funny to me because sometimes I feel like he looks by the time I make it to my car after having carried the stuff around the store too haha.
In a related note, we skip the plastic bags and just put everything into banana boxes (which we reuse each week). So it's not logistically possible to carry all the stuff just because it's too bulky, even though it's not too heavy.
I walk to the grocery store and back and I carry that much stuff at times, especially when the cottage cheese is 16oz for $1.99 at key foods...
HCLF: lean red meat, eggs, low-fat dairy, bone broth/gelatin, fruits, seafood, liver, small amount of starch (oatmeal, white rice, potatoes, carrots), small amount of saturated fat (butter/ghee/coconut/dark chocolate/cheese).
hahaha the dude with the hiking poles looks like he's about to die and they are all just like "yeah we got lots of fire wood and are casually walking up the mountain while being chicks so suck it brah"
