  • Simple forearm Blast !

    Here is a simple but painful forearm workout I came up with today:

    30 seconds of slow strict wrist curls in a standing position with the dumbbells held at your sides ( make sure to squeeze hard at the contracted position).

    Then straight into a dead hang from a pull up bar for 30 seconds ( Try and really squeeze the bar as you hang there).

    Repeat if you are a sucker for punishment !!!

    I like towel hangs from a pullup bar, or one-handed hangs from a bar.

    Don't forget the fingertip pushups for the extensor work.

      I used to do thick towel pull ups. Not done any for a few months now, thanks for reminding me.
