ladies...your fitness routine?

    Apparently his fitness routine is doing daily bicep curls and telling them to grow &(*&*^*&(*). Do you suppose that would work for me, if I squatted every day and told my ass to grow (*()*)(*)(*&&^?

      CT was in the gym bangin' arms on his mother's birthday, Christmas, and Labor Day. What would you be doing on such days?

                How about if you snatch everyday?
                Yeah if you have a great snatch you can rely on, you never need to jerk.

                        A nice deep snatch is great, I think a good jerk still has it's place.
                        The key to a great snatch is the proper thrust of the hip, then you can deal with any load.

                              Love the juvenile Oly lift humor! Couple favorite shirts I've seen:
                              "Everyone loves a clean snatch"
                              "When I get tired of snatches I jerk it"

                              OP- I'm not that creative or self-motivated, so I attend classes 3x a week and let my trainer determine programming. She is a kettlebells specialist, so we do a lot of bell work.

                                That's good to know because I'm trying to be very conservative on these.
                                Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.
