    Dude your 14.......don't be stressing over the details just eat plenty of Eggs, Meat, Cottage cheese, Yogurt and fresh veggies. Work out hard and brief then rest. Try and get at least 8 hrs sleep a night.....you will grow like a weed.

        Dude, you're a small 14 year old. The "specifics" are eat eat eat eat eat. What food? ALL OF THE FOOD. Keep it primal if you want, just make sure you get plenty of protein and ALL OF THE FOOD.
