  • CrossFit and sprinting?

    I've started doing CrossFit workouts 2x a week. Given the intensity of the workouts, should I still be doing sprints or do the workouts cover it?

    Twice a week CF, I'd still do sprints 1-2 times a week.

      That's totally dependent on how your recovery goes. Listen to your body and you'll be fine.

        Thanks guys. I'm on week two so it still takes a couple of days before I can walk normal again. :-) I think I'll try and work some sprints in when my body adjusts more.
