    Shoulder press and leg press

    Today
    Cutting the lawn with a new reel mower. They are much harder to push than one with an engine.

    60sec prisoner squat with knee up
    30sec pushups
    60sec jump rope
    30sec burpees
    60sec jumping side lunges
    30sec mountain climbers
    60sec leg lifts
    30sec jump squats
    Repeat 3x in 18mins
    + 16-12-9 elevated push-ups
    15 chin/pullups

    I just got SMOKED. This would be considered a HIIT workout, right?

          I forgot I had an eight lb maul axe in the garage. I just did 10 minutes of shovel glove. Nice!

            60 minutes of hot vinyasa yoga.

            I'm traveling in Chicago this week, so I'm going to try out the Westin's gym and see what I can put together. I may just do burpees in my hotel room a la Mike Rowe. http://www.internet-d.com/?p=2798

                      Monday: Simple Fit Level 1 Day 1: (1 modified pull up + 2 push ups + 3 squats) x 25 (4 reps up from last week!)

                      aaaand I learned what pushing to failure is for the very first time. After 75 squats, I couldn't walk down the stairs. I'm not sore yet but still unable to walk properly.
