    Anyone use his routines/books? Thoughts about his methods?

    I just started doing "Cosgrove's Evil 8" twice per week, as part of my conditioning for 5/3/1.

    I use 85# and by the end I am wiped. I can do it the day after upper-body, but not the day after squats or dead lifts.
