    What apps do you use? I was using Metric Me, which I must say was great and I completely loved it. That being said, today it said I have to update my iOS otherwise i cannot use it.

    a sheet of paper where I look back at past reps and weights and see improvements,
    or that today was a bad day.

        Spiral bound notebook, for me. The most high tech thing about my setup is a 4-color Bic ink pen. Works for me...
