I am a newbie to the whole kettle bell thing, and I have recently started to do TGU's. I have watched a bunch of videos and I have a pretty good feel for it except the standing up portion of the exercise. Am I supposed to focus on standing with my plant leg (the one next to my butt) or do I use both legs equally to stand up? Using both feels awkward, and focusing on my front leg seems to stressful...
