            Yeah, the book has a LOT of pictures. Enough pictures you could figure it out. So your husband could look at the pictures while your son attempts the lifts and just from that he could instruct your son. It turns out that lifting weights is pretty uncomplicated even though the wordiness of the book makes it sound incredibly, mind-numbingly complicated.
            Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.
