  • Changes I've noticed in training

    When doing exercise, I've found the following differences since going primal:

    - I don't immediately get thirsty like I used to
    - I sweat less
    - I have more stamina provided I maintain a slower pace (this has only come in the last 2 months, for the first five months my stamina was awful)

    A lot of this may be on account of simply losing weight, I don't know, but I definitely feel that my body is becoming more efficient.
    Healthy is the new wealthy.

    I also don't get as thirsty anymore, even on long, hot hikes and paddles.
    As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again.

      I have to be careful with that, i.e make sure I do actually drink, but so far there's been no issues.

      Also forgot to mention, since lifting weights, how much more sinuous my arms and hands have become - never had this before even when I did weights in the past.
