Bodyweight versions of machines?

  • Bodyweight versions of machines?

    What could I do using only my body and/or dumbells that is equivelant to:

    Cable pull downs/ups
    Hamstring curls (I think? On stomach, curling legs)

    Pullups.

    Hamstring pushups, dumbbell Romanian deadlift (one or two leg).

      I was gonna say pull/chin-ups and glute-ham raises, but RDL's, like Mr. A said or good mornings are good weighted options.
