Hey guys, anybody have an opinion regarding what they do to get active on a desk job?

I was thinking if these are good ideas:

    1. Step box:

    2.Stepper

    3.Stand-up desk

    Best option? If any?

Get one kettlebell with it. You have room to do swings and TGU's if you have room to do the stepper or step boxes.

Don't want to spend this much money? Get a couple of dumb bells and do basic moves with them. Learn to *properly* do squats, lunges, cleans and jerks, even swings with them. You could knock yourself out right in front of the desk.

Right now without spending any money?

Do pushups and burpees. Burpees are killer bodyweight exercises. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/rossboxing2.htm Can you find a place to put a pullup bar? You can get bars that slide right on and off door frames. Pullups are excellent.

You could eventually do a mix of the above. There's tons more you could do.

Hey, isn't sedentary activity an oxymoron?
