                It all depends on the height of the bower and the bowee. If you can't bow you can always curtsy. Really great for the quads.

                    Yeah, but I highly recommend curtsying to just below parallel. Stretch reflexes and hamstrings and all that.

                    Of course you should allow a qualified individual to check your form from several angles before you progress to the full exercise. Yoga pants are acceptable attire for this purpose.

                          very true. although I actually love yoga. I did it fairly regularly for 2-3 years a while back, and have been trying to go once a week lately. its good for my back.
