What do you think of Zumba? Is it too much to do it every day?

    Hola,
I love Zumba- matter of fact I just got back from a class. I'm not sure if I would do it everyday but for me, it's a great supplement to heavy lifting and slower cardio.

If nothing else- dancing counts as a lot of fun in my book!

My mother is excited to take me to Zumba class when I go home this summer! In moderation, I'd just consider it some good old play time

I adore Zumba classes! I have found that more than once or twice a week is optimal for me. More than that, and the repetitiveness of the routines starts to get to me a little. It's always high energy fun, although each instructor is a little different.

P.S. My sister-in-law bought the Zumba DVD's and says, "Don't waste your money."

I have one of the zumba DVD's and think they are really fun... You'll obviously get more variety by going to a class... but if you can't get to one...
