    i can't bring it back,

    my fight is gone,

    been eating ice cream and pizza and totally pigging out, a ton of sugar,

    i've lost 40% of my strength over the last month,

    been meaning to get back to squatting with a 6 week 20 rep abbreviated program from super squats,

    but i don't know how to shock the system back into life,

    maybe the fasting for a day to reset the brain

    Start with what you're eating. You can't out-exercise a horrible diet.

      yea,

      i will use this week to make the best of my diet, to reset my brain,

      then i will enter the world of strength again,

      i've hit rock bottom, it's time to get serious,

      me and woman cleaned out the kitchen of all poison just now, we are empty now on the fridge but full on the energy for moving forward, later i will eat some beef,

      let's do this
