    I bet you could do wall push-ups without any problem. Go slow and be deliberate with each push. Work up to 3 sets of 50, then go down to 1 set of 10 against the kitchen table and start working back up to 3 sets of lots.

      yesterday I did about 8 miles, 4 short walks at about 1/2 mile 1 of about 1 mile and 2 longer walks of about 2 1/2 miles.
      I've done the same so far today and am adding another 2 mile a bit later
      When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
      27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'
