    Well pretty much as per the title, I'm doing a multi day mountain bike race, 8000m+ ascent, 100km+ / day. Other than a few sponsors and free energy drink/gels at , which I can stomach happily, I'll be self sufficient in the mountains, so I need non fragile, easy to digest foodstuffs, that I can carry in my small adventure racing pack predominately holding fluids!
    Give them nothing! But, take from them everything!
